Matt David is Head of Investments & Portfolio Management for Nome Capital Partners, responsible for overseeing all new acquisitions and existing portfolio assets. Matt brings over 10+ years of real estate investment experience across acquisitions, development, and equity & debt capital markets spanning office, multifamily, industrial, and other major asset classes. He began his career at Wells Fargo before moving into roles with REITs, institutional funds, and advisory platforms, raising both debt and equity and executing across the full investment lifecycle. Originally from Sacramento and having officed in both San Francisco and Los Angeles, Matt brings a West Coast foundation and global perspective to his work with sponsors and capital partners across major U.S. markets, including extensive relationships with New York‑based debt and equity groups.
