Jameel Nabulsi is an outside advisor for Nome Capital Partners. Jameel brings over 20+ years of real estate private equity experience in various senior level roles at large institutional pe groups. Jameel spent 14 years with Prudential Financials' real estate private equity group where he worked in senior level roles in asset management, transactions and portfolio management. During his time with Prudential, Jameel was Chief Underwriter of Transactions, overseeing transactions underwriting in over 25 markets across the US. Jameel was also Principal, Senior Portfolio Manager of MPREI, a partnership between Prudential and Mubadala Investment Company, a SWF based in Abu Dhabi. After Prudential, Jameel joined Frontier Investment Management (FIM) Partners in Dubai, a division of EFG Hermes. At FIM, Jameel was CIO and responsible for identifying and executing transactions as well as capital raising initiatives. During his tenure, FIM Partners executed the region’s first successfully mezzanine real estate credit fund. Jameel received an MBA from Mercer University in Atlanta, and a BA from Georgia State University, in Atlanta.
